National Family Court Survey

We want to hear your story about family court.

What is The Nationwide Survey?

As of August 2025, we have performed a data analysis of the first 2,072 stories we received through our surveys. We continue to collect your stories in hopes to gather even more in hopes to inspire academic research and provide tools for state legislators. This nationwide survey initiative builds on our proven approach in Colorado, where State Representative Meg Froelich took the lead as we systematically gathered testimonies and data from family court participants across the state.

Our findings were instrumental in informing key state officials, including the State Supreme Court Justice, State Court Administrator’s Office, Attorney General’s Office, and Governor’s Office. We want to empower state advocates across the country.
